Day 3 of the rest of my life!

Day three! Whoo hoo!!!
Treadmill again this morning but only did 20 minutes of fast walking and 1 minute of running!! Legs were hurting! Had the Cheerios again for breakfast, plus a small glass of milk earlier with an even smaller amount of chocolate syrup.
I'm a little disappointed because I feel bloated and I'm not sure if it's due to all the water I'm drinking. Plus, I constantly have to go to the bathroom. I was hoping that doing the treadmill in the morning would make me feel invigorated the rest of the day and the eating healthier would make me feel better. All I feel right now is tired and hungry. Please tell me that this will pass, that it will get easier because all I want to do is just GIVE UP!!!!

    Make sure you are eating enough calories not cutting back too much. Are you using the Spark tracker it is great with the total breakdwon of calories, fats, proteins, etc. Hang in there girl! I believe in you!!!

    This too shall pass, my friend! Yes, the bloated feeling is indeed the water. I'm going through it myself right now as I get back to drinking my 8 glasses a day, and I have been visiting the ladies room at work no less than twice per glass of water I drink!!

    I've been making the effort to get up earlier in the morning, but not to exercise just yet. I'm not coordinated in the mornings and have trouble taking my blood sugar at 5:30am. I'm sure it I tried to get my cardio in I'd hurt myself in the process.

    One day at a time, and we will get this down to routine!

    It DOES pass and DOES get easier. I know this to be true!

    I've gone from being a night person to an early morning riser which sounds like no big deal, but has changed the way I eat and exercise. Everything's at a "new" time and my body has had to adjust. Perhaps your body just needs some time to adjust to the new habits and new food?
