Day three! Whoo hoo!!!
Treadmill again this morning but only did 20 minutes of fast walking and 1 minute of running!! Legs were hurting! Had the Cheerios again for breakfast, plus a small glass of milk earlier with an even smaller amount of chocolate syrup.
I'm a little disappointed because I feel bloated and I'm not sure if it's due to all the water I'm drinking. Plus, I constantly have to go to the bathroom. I was hoping that doing the treadmill in the morning would make me feel invigorated the rest of the day and the eating healthier would make me feel better. All I feel right now is tired and hungry. Please tell me that this will pass, that it will get easier because all I want to do is just GIVE UP!!!!
