WHAT TO DO?

Okay so it's New Year and I finally got on the scales, GULP I am nearly back to where I started 2 years ago, OMG what a flipping waste of time the last 2 years have been.

In 2 years I am precisely 7lbs lighter, but with the knowledge of how good I felt when I was 30lbs lighter and I gotta say I do not like how I feel now.

What to do? shall I beat myself up about it? ummmmm errrrrrrr NO HECK NO

I shall put on my big girl pants and deal with it.

Now I'm off to alter the weight scale, Oh bum how I'm gonna hate doing that, I feel like I've let my Sparkfriends down as well as myself.

    Sorry I didn't see this before, but I have not been on spark much since Christmas. Like you I have put on some weight and I am trying desperately to lose it. Are you still going to the gym? I used to use the free beach gym at Hayling Island, but have not been since September. I am battling with the exercise ball, trying to keep my balance.LOL! Also upping the weight i lift and lowering calories to see if I can get off this plateau.

    I am glad to see you back as well. You know, you are still 7 lbs down. You could heavier then when you started. That is usually where I catch myself. Take care of this before it gets worse.

    *sigh* It's a bummer alright, but you haven't let anyone down. We can tell that you're ready to take charge of your health and well-being, and aren't just worrying about your dress size. You'll meet your goal because you're going about it the right way!

    NEVER feel like time is wasted.
You were living your life- every minute of it.
Perhaps your wt loss goals took the back burner for periods of times for whatever reason (mine was a medical issue).
I'm glad you are being kind to yourself and dedicating your attention to your healthy goals once again.
As am I.
