Friday at last!

Even though it was only a 3 day week, I was sure ready for it be Friday today! Seem to be tired . . .too many late nights.
Did my day 6 video for the JJS this morning. Challenging on the arms, especially the slack tricep area. The superman move lifting your arms up behind you was hard work! I had just done my level 3 30 day shred workout (day 8) immediately prior, so that may have had something to do with it, although that usually burns my legs not my arms.
Even managed to fit in my usual after work 47min walk before going out to dinner with a friend. Had a nice low cal dinner out - ceviche (small size) with a side salad and no dessert! Very impressed with myself! Better than I would have done at home :)
