Surprise myself today,went to bingo and didn't go crazy,on junk food. None in 3 days.My family all went out to eat fried fish and I stood home and ate WW dinner.Didn't want to Put myself in that situation right now. emoticon

    It does take a lot of determination and willpower. Once you trade in healthy foods for unhealthy ones you learn to appreciate what they do for your body and how great you feel.
