Day two and I'm still at it. Did another 25 minutes on the treadmill. It was harder to get up this morning than yesterday and now I'm feeling so tired I could fall asleep at work. Doing ok on the diet, I think. Cheerios again for breakfast!! A pretty decent lunch and dinner last night and same lunch today. No snacking so far!! :)
Keep your fingers crossed that I can continue this!!!
