Day 2 of the rest of my life

Day two and I'm still at it. Did another 25 minutes on the treadmill. It was harder to get up this morning than yesterday and now I'm feeling so tired I could fall asleep at work. Doing ok on the diet, I think. Cheerios again for breakfast!! A pretty decent lunch and dinner last night and same lunch today. No snacking so far!! :)
Keep your fingers crossed that I can continue this!!!

    Are you drinking lots of water. That really helps fill you up and is great for complexion. Are you doing your fruit and veggies too. They make a good snacks . So proud of you!!!! Big Hug.
