I chose to avoid making goals for December, other than to keep up with the goals from November and to add some core strengthening with Exerbeat.
#1 - Continue to track nutrition, fitness, and other goals.
#2 - Continue to drink 8 or more glasses of water a day.
#3 - Continue to embrace healthy eating for a healthy lifestyle.
#4 - Keep doing Exerbeat for core strength and Wii dancing for aerobic exercise.
#5 - Try out the couch to 5k and see what happens :)
