I did not think I would have any problems staying on track through the holidays.
but, I caved into sugar. Oh just a cookie here and a piece of something there. and it added up to a few pounds.
I had worked so hard to lose those pounds. well, I really didn't work hard at all.
I just gave up sugar.
Now, I am enlisting the help of all my sparkfriends and all the wonderful tools offered here.
