Day 3...and Girls weekend!

So, I'm uber excited about hanging out with my friends this weekend (although the 7 hour drive isn't making me happy). I'm 3 days into my new plan, down 3.5 lbs (yes, I know it's mostly water weight, but still). And I'm nervous about my eating this weekend. I mean, Chicago = Food. Right?!?

I'll try to make the best choices possible, on the road and on the trip. Wish me luck! :)

  You are in Chicago now?! Wow!! It's my favourite city! I had lived there for 3,5 years.

Eating out could be a problem if you are not going for healthy food to a specific place. If you like Chinese food, it is quite healthy. They serve stirred vegetables with tofu and rice. Or you can go to Paneera Bread (across the street from the Chicago Harold Washington Library) and order Sourdough Bread Bowls and Broccoli Cheese Soup. Salad bars at the Whole foods could be another choice.
