Today is Day 4 of my 30 day boot camp! I am super duper sore, but feel great!
Last night (day 3) I did 3 sessions (90 min) instead of just 2 but I had so much adreneline so I stayed and I think it was worth it! :) First session was mostly legs and of course lots of cardio, 2nd session was more upper body and cardio, and 3rd session we played a game of poker. lol. It was definetly different but made the session so fun and it went by really fast! Unfortunately my partner kept grabbing us burpee cards!!! AHHH!! I hate those!! But I know they do a lot of good things at once so I pushed through.. hehe..
My nutrition was really on point yesterday but I think my portion size for dinner was a little big. I wasn't really starved so I am not sure why I made myself so much. I really need to get that under control.
Today is Day 4 and so far so good. Made turkey sausage patties for the rest of the week/weekend so just warm up in the microwave. Ate a great breakfast and already drank 36oz of water and working on my next 16oz as we speak (or as I type). :)
My boot camp is having a nutrition seminar thingy tonight so I think I want to attend that. They are also going to take measurements if you want them done. The DH helped take mine on Monday, but I am going to have the trainer do them just to compare. I am also going to do one session tonight.
Only 26 days left!
