I've been spinning my wheels again darn it.
I've been sorta trying. Sorta dieting, sorta exercising... but not losing any weight. Which is frustrating because I "sorta" feel like I should have accomplished something.
I've gotten renewed motivation. Not from anything specific, just the "sick of it" kind.
One of the first steps I took was getting rid of my jogging stroller. "What? What?" I hear you say. Yes it's true, and it's a good thing. I didn't like it. And I was frustrated that I WOULDN'T use it. I got it for free, so I gave it away for free. It had a fixed front wheel and you CANT steer it. You have to tilt it back so the front wheel lifts, steer then drop. And that's a pain. Especially when it pulls to the left.
So now I know what I like, and what I want in a jogging stroller. And I've put money into savings to get one later in the spring (if I still want one). In the meantime, I'll workout indoors, or take the regular stroller out.
