Creature of habit

I find that as I go through life I do a lot of things the same way every time I do them. I drive the same way to school for the girls each schoolday, I park my car the same way on the street if I can get to "my space", and many other things.
This can be a good thing for loosing weight. As long as I choose to eat the same healthy breakfast daily and choose to make healthy choices and control portion sizes, I will loose weight. I just have to stay aware of what and when I am eating. SP really helps me keep track of what is going into my mouth and I am seeing results.
