Totals for Day 3
So on day 3 my flu-like symptoms finally went away and I felt more like myself. I also slept really well for the first time in two days. I only drank one green smoothie yesterday, the equivalent of a a full Vitamix blender jug, so still a lot, but not as much as day one when I drank three full jugs. I ate some pumpkin seeds and roasted yams, as well as cabbage salad before bed.
I've lost four pounds of water, which is not surprising. I'd like to keep drinking 1-2 liters of water a day, if possible on top of smoothies and blended salads.
Later today I'm going to try a warm water enema. I have not had a bowel movement since the first day of the diet, which I find surprising. The enema will undoubtedly make me feel better.
