Doing Pretty Good If Only Back Wasn't So Sore

Did well with my water today; drank 5, 24 ounce glasses of it. And I left some coffee in the pot. Also had around nine vegetables and fruit. Only missed one day of taking my pills too. Got exercise in early going to find some more strength exercises for my back before i go to bed. It is still sore yet.

    Awesome numbers, friend. Take car of the back. I'm surprised at how well my back is holding up to the Jan Jumpstart Workout Challenge. Also amazing myself that I'm still doing it. This consistency thing might be becoming habit! emoticon

    Hope your back feels better on Thursday. Congrats on getting in all that water. I am just on glasses 8, 9, and 10 now (and it's bedtime!)
