I had a productive day today. I walked 1 mile with the dog and did all of my cardio and strength training. I scooped poop in the yard and made dinner for the family. I got in all my steps and then some and I stayed in my calorie range and got have chocolate for dessert. Now I am so tired and sore!

Tomorrow is a slower day and hopefully work will be back to normal. Have a good night everyone!
