I went to the gym today.. WOOT WOOT Day 4~ I did only 20 min on the bike, really bummed I didn't stay and go on the Elliptical but my phone died and I had no music to jam too.lol
I attempted the weights, but had no idea what I am doing..lol so then I looked in the mirror and sang these words....

"Ain't nothing gonna break my stride
Nobody's gonna slow me down
Oh no, I've got to keep on moving
Ain't nothing gonna break my stride
I'm running and I won't touch ground
Oh no, I've got to keep on moving"

as long as I keep moving, I can do this!!!
I hope to keep up with blogging as well. I just hate how I have bad punctuation :( That might be a new goal I need to take on...lol

    GREAT first blog! Hold respect for what you have accomplished, if you give it your all then you did 40 mins, never ever ONLY 40 min :] You picked up weights thats GREAT! Like anything it takes time to master what your doing. Go slow, if you need weight lifting tips for moves etc try bodybuilding.com p.s. we kinda look alike but then again maybe its the workout face bahaha, still freaky!
