A New Year . . . Continuing to work towards my goals

I had a pretty rough month of December. No matter what I did, I just couldn't stay well! From the time I went back to work until we went on Winter Break, I don't think there was one day where I felt any better than 75%. I may have exercised 10 days out of the whole month (VERY unlike me!).

Normally this would have caused me to just give up on everything. I would get used to laying on the couch after work and eating whatever sounded good (since I didn't always have an appetite). Not this time!

Winter break did me a world of good. I slept (A LOT). I spent time with friends and family and tried to get back into an exercise routine. Although I did not lose any weight the month of December, I also did not gain any - YAY ME!

Now it is a new year and I am going to continue with the goals I started working towards last year. I will continue with my good eating habits, continue exercising and trying to take off some more of this weight. I have faith in myself!
