I am off to a good start on gettin back on track, been on the recumbant bike each night after dinner and getting towards working back up to 30 minutes. I can not believe how hard it has been on the bike, but should have figured as much since I have done little to nothing since Dave died. Eating better too, my dinner mostly consisted of fresh veggies left over from our holiday party tray.
Also joined a motivation site at work to help keep me motivated to lose this fat and get healthy in 2012.
