One of my goals for this year:
3. Improve Fitness Assessment results.
My work offers free fitness assessments. I took one two years ago, and the results weren't so hot. I've already scheduled a fitness assessment for January 4 to find out my new baseline. My goal is to have another fitness assessment at the end of the year to see how I've improved! Last time, my body fat percentage was a whopping 33%. I want to at least lower that to 30% by the end of 2012.
The results are in! I had my fitness assessment today and I was pleasantly surprised. While I do have a lot of room for improvement, my results were already better than they were two years ago.
• 2% less body fat.
• 76 more crunches (I maxed this out. They can only enter 99 situps into the system; and I did 100 of them.
• 6 more pushups
So now that I've got my baseline, I'm ready to knock those numbers out of the park with my next assessment at the end of the year.
P.S. I even did a mini workout after my assessment, even though the assessment included riding a bike and doing pushups and situps.
