Hello everyone! This is day 1 of my video blog and my exercising and dieting. I wasn't really sure what to say but we'll see how it goes lol.

    Good for you, you did a lot! It takes a lot but don't burn yourself out. Do a few every day or you'll burn out or get sick of it! Keep up the great job and stay motivated. emoticon
