So, yesterday I went to Target and bought a Fitbook (for $19.99) b/c I saw it in Fitness Magazine and thought it looked really cool.
I LOVE IT!!!! It tracks everything and it fits right in my purse! It goes in a 12 week cycle.
Measurements, goals, workouts, motivation, rewards, notes, cardio, ST, flexibility, food and nutrition. I feel so organized and motivated with it.
I also bought Biggest Loser Calorie Knock Out DVD and probably will try that tonight.
I had a great day yesterday! I ate well, got in lots of water and dragged myself out for a one mile run in 34 degree weather (windchill 25 degrees). I ran/walked in 1:1 intervals in 12:12:05 and then I walked the dogs for a mile. I was really, really impressed with myself b/c I HATE the cold.
So, I guess that's it for now. I updated my weight, measurements, water etc. I have gained four pounds since my last weigh in, so I'm really trying to get back to 174.
