Ok. My prescription is ready to pick up so I will pick that up as well as my organic chicken, shrimp, and veggies today for my official start tomorrow. From my failed second round, during which i tried to stick 100% to the plan from day 1, i am going to o back to the strategies which worked for my firstbround. This includes doing an extra fruit or protein the first few days of the vlcd, using organic salsa for flavor ( although this is mixing veggies, i was happy with my weight loss when i did this before! )using broth a few times a day the first week, and tons of water.
Also going back to melba toast instead of grissini ( which triggered huge carb cravings for me!).
As for the load, i am staying away from my trigger carbs and focusing on fats, fats, fats.
I cannot wait to get to the end of the detox phase and looking forwrd to having my blue jeans sagging in a few weeks.
I am goingto spendhe next hour or so planning meals for my family. Then spend the rest of the day prepping or the program.
