A New Year and a New Me!!!

So after a bit of a hiatus I am back...I have gained back some of the weight I had originally but I am starting back on my diet... I hope to lose 20 lbs and get back to the weight I was before.

    I can relate to being on a hiatus and gaining some weight back BUT IT IS A NEW DAY. I wish you well on your SPARKjourney.
