Had a good exercise month but the holidays and social eating did me in, so much for my goal of maintaining.. .. ugh weighed in yesterday 162!! WHAT.
anyway have to get back on track, challenges to win with gym friends and at work.
goal for 2012
1. be at 145 by April 30, 2012
2. 10 km run
3. be lean and fit for the year
How shall i get there?
1. eat moderate portions, stick to lower carbs, make healthy choices
2. eat more fruit and veggies
3. exercise at least 30 - 60- mins 6 times a week
4. keep moving
5. drink 8 glasses of water or more
