30 Day Shred-Day One

Well I'm back!! I bought myself Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred for Christmas. I don't have a lot of time for working out, and the 20 minute workout sounded like a good thing and I know that Jillian is a tuff trainer. Today was day one. WOW!! I really didn't realize how out of shape I am!! I had to stop and rest especially during the upper body parts. I now think that it may take me longer than 30 days to go through all 3 levels!! I won't move to the next level until I can make it all the way through without rests!! This is an awesome workout!!

    I agree with you, the 30 day shred is a really great workout! Even through a TV, Jillian can still kick our butts. Keep it up! Best of luck to you. :) emoticon
