So I have been really good at logging my food today, including adding some new foods. It's 8 PM and I've had a total of 836 calories all day.....and I'm hungry despite having had a yummy turkey sandwich for dinner. Not enough fruit and veg for sure and overall need to eat more. I am happy that my favorite foods are already in Sparkpeople as I used this when I lost all my weight the first time. I also really like all the upgrades on the site, easy to group foods and search and just overall better, which makes it funner to use.
It is amazing to see the results of what you eat when you log your food, which is why when I'm not eating well, I don't log, gosh I'm sure I'd be stunned at how many calories a day I consume when I'm free for all eating. However I am irritated that Olive Oil adds so many calories. I need to check the quantity I used again, but holy moly, that will kill your diet....how does Rachel Ray and so many others cook and dress food with EVOO and stay slim....that is for sure something that will need to be watched.
