Today was one of those days when caution goes flying to the wind gusts of 41 mph putside and I binged. I knew I was doing it yet I couldn't seem to care or stop myself. I chose to ignore all the hard work I have done the past couple of days and roll with the day.

I think most fo the issue came from the fact that for the first time in months, I was off and while I was initially excited, I realized I was bored and I enjoy going to school and seeing my classes.

Tomorrow I work and it is another day as Scarlett O' Hara says. Glad I could come here and post my day and not feel like I would be judged.

:) The important thing is that you recognize what happened, you're not beating yourself up over it (I hope) and you've resolved to do better tomorrow.

Days off are so much harder for me to maintain nutrition, too. I am definitely a classic workaholic.

The first step is to admit it and you've already done that! Now you'll pick yourself back up, dust yourself off and take a step forward and you know you can do it!! I've surely been in your place lots of times!! It's actually part of our life's journey. Not every day in our lives are fun and funny and special. Some are sad and lonely. These sad and lonely days help us to appreciate the good days, so that's why we strive to be more healthy because they feel better!! emoticon
