Breakfast was a tofu scramble with kale and cabbage- less than 200 calories + chocolate cherry flavored coffee


Snack: two mugs of tea with a little "sugar in the raw" and soy milk

Lunch: Vegan Hot Dog Scramble with Swiss Chard and cabbage + orange+ plenty of water + red leaf lettuce (no dressing)

Snack: one mug of tea with little "sugar in the raw" and soy milk

Dinner: Greenie Radish Soup (recipe on my site) + Swiss "fried" rice + 1/2 tsp garlic hummus


Snack: NuGo Go Free Dark Chocolate Trail Mix (Gluten Free) bar + 1/2 orange

    Yum! I think it's time I made a tofu scramble...definitely putting that on my shopping list :-)
