I have had problems with artificial sweeteners before. They almost crippled me. I was having pain in my feet and went to the Dr., was refered to podiatrist and no one could find anything wrong with me and they could not help me.
One day I was checking out artificial sweeteners and their toxcicity online and found they could cause a lot of problems. I stopped using them in my coffee and made sure that I wasn't eating anything with them in it. Within 2 weeks, the crippling pains that I had suffered with for 2 years abated.
Every once in a while I feel pain in my feet and realise that something that I wasn't paying attention to had sucralose or some other artificial sweetener in it.
I sure wish like the yogurt companies would use stevia instead of sucralose. I forgot about looking at the lable today and bought some light yogurt with sucralose in it. I won't eat it.
Now my healthy snack, is not healthy.
