Day 2 on my Spark Journey

Wow day two and I have already discovered I do not eat enough calories. I have been following Sparks eating plan and right away I noticed I do not eat enough. The food plan has also put together some great meals I would have not come up with. I do not eat enough healthy fats which has been corrected. I am the mother of a 10 and 6 year old and having someone else to design my correct calorie and portions is great. One day and one change at a time is my theme this year.     One day and one change at a time...this is a great mantra.

    I just read an article here on spark and it listed a lot of healthy food to have in your pantry. I use a list identical to this one. I copy it and highlight what I plan to purchase and take it to the grocery store. I hope this helps you. Here's the link http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource
