2012 Transformation: Day 1

Tuesday, January 03, 2012

I got on my scale this morning :0 yes I am smiling. I knew I had gained. Surprisingly I am not feeling overwhelmed by the 10 lbs difference, yep, you read that right. Honestly I have been bulking all winter and this last week I just had to have a cheat blow out...
I only see my mom once a year for a week at most so you better believe I toss no sweets, no wine, no Starbucks, no fried food- or going out to eat OUT THE WINDOW. Don't worry I went outside and picked it back up this morning, just after I got home from dropping my mommy off at the train station :] I also cleaned out all the crap food she left behind. Any left over stocking candy has gone too. I think it's fantastic that I can do that now, just say 'okay, that's enough of that.'
Last night I was talking to my mom about my game plan for today after she left, my resolution for 2012, my goals for 2012, and my consistency's for 2012(that will come in a blog later) when my phone started to go crazy with friend adds from Spark People. What the heck? Then I got the email that really humbled me. You sparkers voted me as a motivator. I am so glad my mom, DH, and daughter got to see the beaming look on my face. Spark People is part of my life and no matter my progress I don't plan on going anywhere, you are my support. I want to thank you.
That news is a great motivation for my first day of my 2012 transformation, I am rested, rejuvenated, revamped, I have my goals set and I am ready to fight, get my ass kicked, pick myself up, dust myself off and win! My only obstacle is myself, its a choice not a reason. Eat Clean; Train Dirty. Fall into Flight. Reach my genetic potential.

Those 10 lbs will go away swiftly. Keep those new jeans handy. They will motivate you.

Siena, you are definitely a motivator in many people's lives and it is a title that definitely fits you. Ever since I got here, you presence has been felt. You are always encouraging, motivating and caring with your responses.

The transformation you have had is nothing short of amazing! I am in awe of all that you have been able to do and humbled by your abilities to share it with those around you and here on Spark.

I would not sweat the 10 pounds because if I know you, they will come off quickly in sweat when you get your workout on!!

Great blog...and congrats on being able to throw everything out the window :) ...I new I was going to rededicate on then 2nd...It was written on the dry erase over the weekend I got it all out of my system...with no regards, not regrets. I was in a disgustingly kind of way, rather therapeutic. Way to keep your spark alive....

Well it's about darn time! Most of us already know what a great motivator and inspiration you are, glad you got recognized! Congratulations and I didn't even flinch when I read that you gained 10 pounds because I KNOW, really KNOW that you have it under control and know what to do. Glad you had a blow out kind of week with mom. Enjoy every chance you get to spend with her. Love you, Siena and I am so very proud of you!

Dont' worry - that 10 lb gain is partly just food weight and water weight and will come off quickly. You'll get back and going again, and you definitely deserve to be a motivator! Congrats!

I love it Siena. You are awesome. I love that saying you have attached at the end. I may just "steal" that and put it on my page. You are my biggest motivator. I love your no BS attitude. Rock it out hardcore.

10 emoticon just for you. (and me ;) )
