Started a new challenge

I started a new challenge. I'm doing the January boot camp. I've done the first two videas and I really liked them. They are very quick and easy, but get my blood pumping. I'm going to have to do something about my knees though. I can't seem to do squats without some pain. I've been ignoring this problem for a while, (Luckily there is only pain with certain movements. In fact even running doesn't seem to bother me.) but maybe I'll have to make an appointment to see my doctor. I'd really like to be able to do all the exercises.

    I'm also doing the January Challenge and I like it so far. I like doing different things and it is easy to tack on these exercises to whatever else I'm doing. Good luck with the challenge!

I also have knee issues when I run very much or with particular exercises. I saw an ortho and the X-Rays showed no issues, but he said that didn't check soft-tissues. I know I have some issues due to an injury many years ago. One thing he had me do was get SuperFeet insoles. That has helped a lot, but it hasn't solved the problems.

I keep wondering if it will just get better after I lose more weight.

I hope the Dr. is able to help or verify that you don't have any damage in your knees.
