I started a new challenge. I'm doing the January boot camp. I've done the first two videas and I really liked them. They are very quick and easy, but get my blood pumping. I'm going to have to do something about my knees though. I can't seem to do squats without some pain. I've been ignoring this problem for a while, (Luckily there is only pain with certain movements. In fact even running doesn't seem to bother me.) but maybe I'll have to make an appointment to see my doctor. I'd really like to be able to do all the exercises.
