Spark program question
At the end of each day, ask "what did I do today to work toward my Purpose?
(To wear a size 16 & get Diabetes in control)
I ate in calorie range
Drank my 64 oz water
Ate my fruit

    Good question. Could also start the day with, "What will I do to work toward my purpose?" to get off on the right foot.
