Snacking at night!

It's 7:00 PM and I have eaten my dinner and am feeling hungry again. I have snack food here for the husband and girls that don't want or need to diet with me. There is so much temptation here and I didn't get to the farmers market to buy veggie snacks. I am really working at not making a piece of toast with butter, or grabbing a handful of crackers and feeding my face. Then I look at my starting weight picture and I know that I want to change that picture to a healthier one. So I am resisting. emoticon Pray for me!

    Hope you were able to hold off, or find a healthier alternative! Some nights, I find it impossible not to grab something. I try to keep some yogurt or fruit in the fridge, or low-fat single serving bags of kettlecorn (sweet + kinda salty + 1.5 grams of fat + about 100 calories for 2 cups = complete awesomeness!). Sometimes, I'll have a bowl of cereal. I'm not proud of my after-dinner snacks, but I simply cannot sleep on an empty stomach. As long as my snack choices are healthier than the ones I've made in the past (ice cream, cookies, chips), I know I am making progress.
