A few months ago I tried doing an online weight loss challenge with friends. Out of over 20 signing up, only 4 followed through. And two of them gained weight. So I felt like a failure. This time I made it fitness based. Out of 13 signing up 13 of them are daily tracking. I had said I wanted to motivate and I feel like I'm actually doing it. And it's motivating me to do better at my own goal. It's like a circle of good. This is going to be a great month. I'M SO HAPPY!!!
As for the points I did today, I logged my food journal, 25 min on the elliptical, and I tried a new green food (starfruit) which I really didn't like.
