What a day! I am happy with myself and am continuing on a journey that began on October 1st. I have switched over to a low carb lifestyle and now I am incorporating physical fitness into the mix. I have a huge January goal to lose 10lbs this month. My weight this morning was 190.6 and really I want to be at 179 by Feb 1st. Ok so that is 11lbs.
Today I did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (level 1 of course)
After work today I went to the Y and did 45 minutes on the elliptical and another 15 min on the recumbent bike....pretty happy with myself...
Kept my carbs in range and...pushing through.
