Here's a few foods I bought today that I had forgotten I liked...
Rice Vinegar for salad, tastier than white vinegar
Criscoe butter flavored cooking spray for steamed or sautéed veggies
Smoked oysters eaten over reduced fat triscuits has a rich high saitety level
Flavored yogurt when I need a sweet go to dessert
Kettle corn 100 cal popcorn packs
Smoothie makings - 10 grapes, Half apple, half cup OJ and or half cup milk, couple of ice cubes - nutritious but don't always want to use up that many cals
Brussels sprouts - expanding the veggie repertoire
I'm also into baked chicken leg quarters (skin removed) instead of boneless skinless
breast - just burnt out tired of those. Saving those for stir fry nights.
Would love to hear some favorites from sparklers out there...
