As part of my Done Being the Fat Girl Team Challenge these are my goals for 2012:
-Work in my garden not less than 3 days a week, not less than 1 hour per session
-Work out not less than 30 minutes per day, not less than 5 days per week
- Complete the 28-day Bootcamp Challenge
-Track the food I eat at least 3 times per week
- Stay within my recommended calories
- Loose 1 lb per week or 52 lbs this year
1/2 - I am happy to report that I am on track for yesterday and today.
1/3 - Still on track:)
1/4 - Two thumbs up, doing better than expected!
1/5 - Did a weigh-in for one of my teams today... down 2 pounds... WooHoo!!! Still on track and excited for the results so far!!!
1/6 - I did okay today, but not as well as I hoped... still on track though, just expected to be more active.
1/7 - I did okay today, however, I ate more than I intended at my granddaughter's birthday party... but I'll make it up tomorrow.
1/8 - Did much better today... back on track :)
1/9 - I think I covered everything today and did very well, may have been a little short on calories, but got at least the recommended minimum in each category:) Now I'll be signing off as I'm taking a vacation, but will return on the 18th... Spark-on my Spark Friends!!!
