Today was my 1st day working out for the new year, and the 1st time I've worked out in about 6 months. It was the HARDEST thing I've ever done thus far, but I did it!
I literally dusted the spider webs off of my treadmill, wiped off the digital screen, plugged it up, and got on it! At some point, during my 2 hour walk, I couldn't even feel my legs, but I kept pushing. I thought about all the careless things I used to do with my health, and how I've turned that around. I struggled a lot to keep my pace going on the treadmill, but I promised myself that if I stay dedicated it WILL get easier! Stick with it, don't give up.
I finally took the "first step" towards my goal.
2 hours of walking- CHECK
4.5 Miles completed- CHECK
624 Calories burned- CHECK
78.0 Carbs burned- CHECK
1 STEP CLOSER...CHECK!!!!
