As the jounal title says I need focus on my weight loss goals and get back on track. It's not that I've actually fallen off, but I've been taking some liberties with my eating and I can feel it in my pants. I've been having two scoops of ice cream for dessert at night and this past weekend I made chocolate chip cookies which I ate too many of. The good thing is that I've still been exercising. Hubby is helping by suggesting that we have different desserts and he's willing to have those different desserts with me. Some of his suggestions were fruit, sugar-free pudding and jello as well as fat free Blue Bunny bars.
