Ok so over the past 2 years I have gained back 20 of the pounds I worked so hard to lose simply because I got lazy due to school and have become super inactive. The motivation I had at the time was amazing, I felt awesome and it is all gone. I am digging to find it again. I struggle to find the energy to walk on the treadmill but I discovered something yesterday. After hearing me feel sorry for myself my hisband said just get on the treadmill and walk, dont run, dont increase the incline just walk. I was setting myself up for failure by getting on the treadmill and trying to run or do things at the level I was when I was active and 200 pounds lighter and so didnt want to get back on after not being able to do what I could in the past. So I got on the treadmill and walked for 20 minutes and afterwards felt less achy, more energentic and clear minded. Its amazing how much better you feel after making yourself move around.
