Yep - I am now RECOMMITTED to reaching my goal! I have a few friends who have decided to join in the journey to weight loss and living healthy! Ever since my phone consult on December 19th with a wonderful doctor, I've been thinking more positive about 2012!
It is only ME who can determine if I reach my goals! And the only way that will happen is when I think POSITIVE and do what I know is GOOD for me! The doc told me on the phone that the slightest negative thought can deter reaching a goal. So I'm thinking positive!
I already started organizing the house. Got the bathroom and the Master Bedroom done. Next is the kitchen. I have also started organizing the finances! Spoke with the daughter and she has agreed to save us $60 a month, to down grade the cell phones from smart phones to basic phones.
Next is ME! My Christmas gift from the hubby was my TURBO FIRE!!!!
I watched Chelene's Turn Up the Fire video and read all her information on the program. I have also got a free membership to TeamBeachBody.com to track my results. I also plan to track them here... so I have recommitted myself to get back into tracking my food, drinking my water, and exercising. It's gonna be a challenge to fit it in between now and March (bowling season) but I will do it!
So I started today out with weighing and measuring myself. Jon also did some pictures of me. I have to admit, I'm not happy with today's numbers. But I have to think positive and keep saying that this is my new starting point with Turbo Fire! So here are the numbers compared to August 2011 (the last time I measured)...

Hip is feeling a little better... going to ease into the routine. Hoping by March I can start some running again. The Glucosamine is helping, and I am taking my Super Omega 3-6-9 and the B-Complex. I'm ready to keep going! So look forward to my number each month! I'm BAAAAAAAACCCCCCKKKKKKK!
