Well, all! I'm back in more ways than one:
1. My weight has creeped back up to an old familiar place
2. I'm motivated and ready to make a positive change!
3. I'm back on SparkPeople...
OK, so not really so many ways!
My challenge remains the same: the healthy routine!
I work full-time. I mom full-time. And now I need to ME full-time as well.
Getting up and going in the morning has always been tough. But given my lifestyle and responsibilities, the morning is the best time to get in the workout AND jumpstart the day. (Hmm, where have I heard that before??? Everywhere-- including from my own mouth!)
Luckily, I have an added bonus to this New Year's motivation. Since we're living in South America, it's summer now! Longer days, more sunshine--the perfect time to get a routine solidified.
