Talk about why it happens, what problems it causes, and what you can do about it.
In the spark diet it was suggested to blog about a "trouble" that seems to always be there. My trouble seems to be keeping momentum through changes. I am a senior in college who also works full-time and every 4 months my schedule completely changes. I get used to a routine, lose some weight, tone up, and then it changes. I am generally very busy and some days it seems as though my main goal is to just make it to all the places I need to be with what I need. I need to make it a priority to schedule work-outs and keep them, plan meals ahead of time because there is zero time during the week, and try and maintain some consistency. I usually get lax toward the end of a semester and then wind up 10lbs heavier. For the past two years I have cycled the loss and gain of that 10lbs and I'm sick of it. I want to develop a healthy lifestyle that I stick with no matter what!
Let's hope my resolve can remain high..
