Hello spark friends and Happy New Year! My doctor gave me a print-out of back exercises to do on an exercise ball and I have been diligent to do these several times a week plus taking daily walks for at least 30 minutes a day (Dr recommended also). In fact, he stated that just doing the daily walk is one of the best exercises for back health, I was surprised!
Here is a link of exercises that work for me. By the way, I have firmed up even more doing these! I started out s-l-o-w-l-y and increased the reps as I got stronger. Again, Happy New Year!
I don't do each and every one of these, here again I have to still take some of those slowly and do what I can
