my mom, dad, husband, two sisters and sister's boyfriend have all decided to play "Game On" for the next month. We've split into two teams (guys vs the ladies) and each person earns points based on their actions that day. You get points for healthy eating, drinking water, exercise, kicking one bad habit and introducing a good habit, to name a few. At the end of the month, the points are tallied, the winners are announced, and the prizes are received. Today was day one, and we are doin it! Tomorrow I do more, harder, sweatier exercise type things :)
