or so my kids say - thought I'd try it on for size (soon to be a smaller one - snicker snicker).
So yeah, been MIA, but for better or worse only gained 5 lbs. since my last post (although I think I gained and lost those 5 lbs at least 4 times!). I kept up my cardio, but realize my nutrition had taken a nose dive w/ lots going on at work, with the kids, with this excuse, that excuse. You know the drill.
So here I am...again...and on the wagon FIRMLY. On day 2 of my first goal: 10 minute cardio challenge. Second goal: tracking my intake and aiming for more veggies and fruits! Third goal: making it fun! That's where you come in SP! Show me some love! :)
