January 1st and Back on Track

Well, it's no surprise that the holidays were a flop. Actually, I didn't overeat, but I still managed to gain back 5 lbs. I will admit that it was because I caved and started drinking Coca-Cola again. : ( But today I followed through and got back on track. I just got home from shooting photos for a 6-hr wedding so I haven't had any workout time today. I did manage to stay on my feet for those entire 6 hrs though.

So it's time to set some goals for January:
- do at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week
- do strength training at least 3 days a week
- get in my 64 oz of water everyday

That's going to have to be it until I get myself back in the swing of things... Let's do this!!!
