Goals for 2012

So, my left knee is fixed and the back is on the road to recovery.
So here are my 2012 goals:
A vacation - and not using my PTO (paid time off) for surgery!
No plans yet-but I'll find something!
Retiring the walker!
Tracking my food each day
8 glasses of water per day
2 fruits per day
5,000 steps per day
And once cleared, go to the pool 2 times per week
It has been baby steps, but this quote is still appropriate for 2012:

I also have one broader goal:
To continue to raise money to fight melanoma. A good friend lost the battle this year - within weeks of two new treatments being released for end stage melanoma. These were the first drugs approved in more than ten years. There is some progress, but the fight is not done. Angels above are guiding us (bless you Shannon and Amy), but the war is still needed.
