HAPPY NEW YEAR.
This year I intend to continue with my healthy eating and exercise. I find I really do enjoy exercising. I will not be able to do my January half marathon like I did last year, but I am committing myself to do a marathon each week! Yes I said that, but what I mean is to have my weeking mileage total 26 miles. That's my January goal. we will see how I do at the end of the month.
