Happy New Year to everyone!! I love this time of year when everyone is motivated and setting goals, it is very inspirational!
The day I went into the hospital at 40 weeks & 4 days pregnant my weight was at an unbeliveable high 291 lbs 06-21-11. On 12.11.11, I met my goal of losing the 35 lbs of baby weight I gained.
Today as I am reading thru status updates, success stories, & blogs, I am reflecting on what are reasonable, liveable goals for myself........
My big goal is simply ONEDERLAND!!! I can remember exactly when I hit the 200's! In August 2006 I weighed 204lbs!!!! In Sept 2007 I hit 248lbs and pretty much haven't weighed less than that since then. For the past 4 years I have floated between 265 (highest non-pregnant weight) and 245lbs. This is obviously the weight range I have been struggling with moving out of! So today, I reset my ticker for the new year!!!
Small goals seems to help me focus and not feel overwhelmed! Recalling previous weight & dates to make the journey not seem overwhelming!
I have set a huge goal to reach ONEDERLAND by my daughter's 1st birthday. I don't want to look at this as unrealistic, just a goal that doesn't allow for EXCUSES!
